The hotel was conveniently located close to the starting point of the Tour De Brisbane cycle ride and within walking distance to Queen St shopping Mall. The rooms were clean and quiet despite road works outside. Service was exceptional, especially from staff member Luke. The location allowed for peaceful rests. However, there were some cleanliness issues in the room and noticeable stains in various areas around the property.

The hotel offers a great stay close to the city and the West End with two balconies catching the sun most of the day. The double queen bedrooms and two bathrooms layout was perfect for a couple.
